泰安市質量技術監督局 Description: 泰安市質量技術監督局的職能如下：
（一）貫徹執行國家、省有關質量技術監督工作的方針、政策和法律、法規，依法開展行政許可工作；組織依法查處違反有關質量技術監督法律法規的行為。
（二）管理和指導質量工作。組織擬定、實施質量規劃和有關政策措施，并對實施情況進行檢查考核；推進實施名牌戰略，規范社會質量評價活動；組織開展各種質量管理活動；推行質量責任制度；負責對較大產品質量事故的調查；規范管理工程設備監理活動；組織對縣（市、區）實行質量工作和打假工作行政領導責任制情況的考核。
（三）管理質量監督工作。依法組織實施產品質量監督檢查制度；統一規劃檢驗檢測機構，依法對質量檢驗機構授權和監督管理；管理產品質量仲裁檢驗和鑒定工作；承擔工業產品生產許可證有關管理工作，查處無證生產等違反行為；組織打擊生產領域假冒偽劣等違反活動，組織實施規定牽頭的專項打假工作；負責防偽技術措施的監督管理工作。
（四）統一管理標準化工作。組織實施國家標準、行業標準和地方標準，對標準的實施進行監督；組織制定農業標準規范；推行采用國際標準和國外先進標準；負責企業產品標準備案、登記工作；承擔組織機構代碼和商品條碼有關管理工作。
