連云港市交通運輸局 Description: 一、貫徹執行國家有關交通的方針、政策、法律、法規;二、組織實施國家、省重點和大中型公路水路交通工程建設；三、負責全市公路運輸、城市公共交通和出租車運輸、水路運輸、港站疏運、搬運裝卸、港口碼頭、營業性客貨停車場站、運輸代理、倉儲、理貨、聯托運服務及車船租賃業的行業管理和安全管理；四、負責全市公路路政、水路航政管理和交通規費稽征管理；組織、協調或參與交通建設資金的籌集，負責局管交通資金的撥付和監管；組織和指導交通行業內部審計工作。五、 負責全市內河通航水域、港口的水上安全監督、船舶檢驗和船舶防污監督、船舶和船員證照核發、內河救助打撈及內河通航水域的臨河、跨河建筑物的行業管理；負責內河水上交通行政處理和處罰；六、制訂并組織實施交通行業科技政策、規劃；七、組織實施交通行業行政執法和指導交通系統體制改革。 八、組織指導交通系統利用外資、國際交流與合作工作。九、承辦市國防動員委員會交通戰備辦公室工作。 十、負責全局黨的建設工作和直屬單位領導班子建設；負責局機關和局直屬單位人事、勞動工資、機構編制管理工作；指導全市交通行業精神文明建設；指導全市交通行業職業教育和培訓。 十一、承辦市委、市政府交辦的其他事項。 ...
