昆明市官渡區第二中學 Description: 官渡二中創建于1996年，15年風雨兼程，15年策馬揚鞭，以“起點高、見效快、影響大”而成為昆明市一所熱點學校。建校之初，高中招生規模每年僅為2個班，為擴大辦學規模，2003年9月實行高初中分離辦學，原官渡二中新迎校區為初中部教學點，原昆二十五中校區為高中部教學點，高中招生每年達到10個班。2004年8月,昆明市主城區區劃調整后,官渡二中初中部劃歸盤龍區，更名為盤龍區新迎中學,官渡二中高中部仍保留在官渡區并沿用原名?，F今的官渡二中座落在被譽為“東驤神駿”的金馬寺，辦學條件不斷優化，于2005年7月晉升為至年輕的云南省一級三等高級中學。 官渡二中走的是一條以人為本，以教師發展促進學校發展，以用人機制的改革為突破口，推動學校全面發展的特色之路。學校以海納百川的氣度采取全額招考的方式組建教師隊伍，以科學管理、民主決策、人文關懷為依托，將這支年富力強、教學經驗豐富、整體素質突出的教師隊伍凝聚在一起，形成了良好的校園文化和卓有成效的辦學特點。目前，全校教職工總數115人，其中，教師學力合格率100%，高中職教師達85%，研究生和在讀研究生占教師總數的25%，擁有云南省特級教師4人，市、區級學科帶頭人和骨干教師27人，省、市高考專家組成員19人，擁有昆明市名師工作室1個，官渡區名師工作室2個。 學校在“一切為了學生的全面發展、和諧發展和個性發展”的理念指引下，實施全程備考（學生進入學校的第一天...
