Home 扶貧資訊網 Description: 人們如果缺乏資源享有社會上一般人的慣常生活方式，享有相類的生活水平，便算是生活在相對貧窮中。因此，「相對貧窮」在很大程度上反映了社會資源分配不平等的狀況。以相對貧窮去量度貧窮的至大好處是其簡單易行，因為其量度方法通常是采用社會上個人收入中位數的一個比率。例如經濟合作及發展組織采用的貧窮指標以等值收入少于平均或入息中位數的百分之五十來界定貧窮。不過，由于所量度的只是收入，并未能充份顧及貧困人士的消費需要。例如，政府和非政府組織所提供非收入形式的福利項目，并無計算在內。同時，社會上對于采用收入中位數的什么比率(例如百分之五十，百分之六十)以界定貧窮亦有多種不同聲音。...
