遼寧省殘疾人福利基金會 Description: 遼寧省殘疾人福利基金會是1985年4月29日經省政府批準成立的公募性慈善組織，主要職能是宣傳殘疾人事業，舉辦募捐活動，接受社會各界捐贈。宗旨是弘揚人道，奉獻愛心，全心全意為殘疾人服務。多年來，每年借助“助殘日”、“國際殘疾人日”等殘疾人節日之機，開展愛心助殘捐贈活動。截止目前，全省共募集款物累計3千多萬元，所募捐款物全部投入到殘疾人康復、教育、就業、文化、體育等領域，為我省殘疾人事業在新世紀可持續發展奠定了一定物質基礎。
我省現有224.2萬殘疾人，占全省總人口的5.31%，涉及660萬家庭人口。其中，有20多萬殘疾人生活仍處于溫飽線以下的貧困狀態，有近2萬殘疾兒童少年需要資助。每名殘疾人都渴望和健全人一樣平等參與社會，共享社會的物質文明和精神文明。為此，遼寧省殘疾人福利基金會本著切實解決殘疾人至關心、至直接、至現實的利益出發，開展公益募捐活動，籌募資金和物質，資助和扶持全省特困殘疾人，努力改善他們生活狀況。...
